First we got Justin who just rely on signboard too much that it became a problem
The Plot: Justin send SMS to everyone to meet at serangoon gardens for MP5 Meeting on Event Of the Year and we will light up wonderful candles and deco by the park in the night when the infamous Late Comer, Max will see a Signboard "Max party this way" along the route where he will take to reach the meeting place by foot.
Theme: Lights of the Dark The Shine from us to the best wishes for Max Material Used: Strings, Cloth, cardboard, Paper, sparkles, 200 Candles, 5 creative brains, a pail of sweat and many many efforts Preparations: We meet up a few times to plan surprise, decide venue, inspect venue, making the signboard, writing our wishes on the long vertical papers and buying stuffs, Emily has to get the cloth for the happy birthday banner and sparkles, Fyn carried 2 heavy bags of candle from Ikea. The Actual Day: Around 8Pm immediately after I finish work, I rushed down with fyn and meet the rest at gardens except for Stanley who had some delays. Very quickly, we started to set up our deco.. Mei xue design the birthday banner, Justin and I climb around the ball-shaped object *I don't know how to call it* to hang the paper by tying it to strings to make a wind charm *or dream catcher* while fyn gives direction on the length of the hanging piece. It was almost 9.45pm we were still doing the charm stuff. Luckily Stan appears and help out in arranging the candles with justin while I continue with the touch-up. 10.30pm a call from emily that max will be late while he had dinner with his mum.. * thank god.. for the first time, we are happy that he will be late* it took more than expected time to finish up everything at around 11.45pm. When we wanted to take a breather, we hear some cough at the entrance of the park. It's Max.... Max is here !!!!!... everyone get into position for the birthday song and did some photo taking with the Happy birthday to max candles. Faintz... we were as tired and as urgent coz the nature have benn calling us since some time ago. Rushed to the toilet and later came back for cleaning up.
As usual, KTV session and enjoyed the rest of the day, feeling as tired as we were when we did a surprise party for Stanley but were nothing compare to a good bday celebration for our MP5 members....

The Plot: Everyone gather near Stanley’s house for the last preparation while Michelle who is at Stanley’s house will bring him for dinner at Hougang Mall. Once Stanley is out of his house, we will decorate his room and give him a surprise when he is back. To divert his attention for better effect, Fyn and I will station at his room first, leading stanley to the desire position before everyone appears with a birthday cake Secret Code: “Operation Stan”
Theme A Lively Space Stanley has a habit of keeping himself behind the doors of his dull room. Hope that he can keep his door open for warmth that is always available outside.

Preparations: We meet up to plan and design our birthday card, I made a photoboard (cause Stanley’s computer is always reformatting so data is always lost. Photo board will keep his memories on behalf of the photo album in the computer). We also went to deiso,vivocity to shop for the deco materials.
The Attendees Blue, Fyn, Justin, Russell, Alexis, Don, Lewis & his girl friend, Michelle and of coz our birthday boy…. Stanley.
The Actual Day: Around 8pm, we gather at a staircase in the nearby flat to blow balloons first with hope of speeding up the time of decoration in stan’s room. While we were “hiding” don, Lewis and his gal friend show up. It was around 9pm when I called Stan’s mum to confirm stan’s absent before we rush to stan’s house for our ultimate decoration in his room.
Time’s running up but everyone seems to know that to do despite no exact instruction were given. All of us just put our heart and soul with every creative inspiration we had at that moment. We were doing some rehearsal with lewis acting as stan while a call from michelle came, telling us the prey is back… Quickly, we rushed to our position and awaits for the surprises for our little di di.
